The BAT54S_R1_00001 is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode array from PANJIT, part of the BAT54 series. It consists of two Schottky diodes connected in series, offering a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 0.2A. The device features low forward voltage (0.22V typical at 0.1mA, 0.32V typical at 1mA, and 0.6V maximum at 100mA) and fast switching speed.
With a maximum reverse current of 2µA at 25V and typical junction capacitance of 10pF at 1V, this diode array is suitable for high-speed switching applications. It includes a PN junction guard ring for transient and ESD protection. The maximum power dissipation is 225mW at 25°C ambient, with a thermal resistance of 500°C/W junction-to-ambient.
The device is packaged in a SOT-23 case (TO-236-3, SC-59) with solderable terminals. It is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. Standard packaging options include 3000 pieces per 7-inch reel and 12000 pieces per 13-inch reel.
