The BAT54S-7-F is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated, featuring a 1 pair series connection configuration. It is designed for low turn-on voltage and fast switching, with a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and average rectified current of 200mA.
