The BAT54LT1 from On Semiconductor is a Schottky barrier diode designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. Its extremely low forward voltage reduces conduction loss, making it ideal for portable and handheld devices where space is limited.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 30V, a forward current of 200mA DC, and a non-repetitive peak forward current of 600mA. The forward voltage is typically 0.35V at 10mA and 0.52V at 100mA. Reverse recovery time is a fast 5ns, and total capacitance is 7.6pF typical at 1V and 1MHz. Reverse leakage current is typically 0.2µA at 25V.
The diode is packaged in a surface-mount SOT-23 (TO-236) case, supplied in tape & reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel. It is RoHS3 compliant, Pb-Free, and Halogen Free/BFR Free. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 200mW derating above 25°C.
