The BAT54LPS-7 is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode designed for low voltage, high speed switching applications. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a continuous forward current of 200mA, with a low forward voltage drop of 650mV at 100mA. The device features a fast reverse recovery time of 5ns, making it suitable for high frequency rectification and clamping circuits.
The diode incorporates a PN junction guard ring for enhanced transient and ESD protection.
