The BAT54LP-7 is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low-forward voltage drop and fast switching applications. It features a maximum DC blocking voltage of 30V and an average rectified forward current of 200mA. The forward voltage is specified at 1V maximum when tested at 100mA, and reverse leakage current is limited to 2µA at 25V reverse bias.
This diode offers a reverse recovery time of 5ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits. It includes a PN junction guard ring for transient and ESD protection. The device is housed in an ultra-small leadless X1-DFN1006-2 package, which is ideal for space-constrained designs.
The BAT54LP-7 is totally lead-free, RoHS3 compliant, and halogen and antimony free. It is qualified to JEDEC standards for high reliability and is moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +150°C, with a power dissipation of 312mW and thermal resistance of 400°C/W junction-to-ambient.
