The BAT54HT1G is a Schottky barrier diode designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. It offers an extremely low forward voltage of 0.35V typical at 10mA, reducing conduction loss in portable and handheld designs.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 30V, maximum forward current of 200mA DC, and a reverse recovery time of just 5ns.
