The BAT54DW-7-F is a dual surface mount Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated, housed in a compact SOT363 package. It contains two independent Schottky diodes with a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified forward current of 100mA per diode. The device offers fast switching with a typical reverse recovery time of 5 ns and a low forward voltage of 1V at 100mA.
Designed for high-speed switching applications, the BAT54DW-7-F features a PN junction guard ring for transient and ESD protection. The diodes are rated for a forward continuous current of 200mA and a repetitive peak forward current of 300mA. The device is fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen- and antimony-free, meeting modern environmental standards.
The SOT363 package is surface mountable with a moisture sensitivity level of 1, making it suitable for automated assembly processes. The operating temperature range spans from -65°C to 125°C, allowing use in a wide variety of environments. With a maximum power dissipation of 200mW and a thermal resistance of 625°C/W, the device is well-suited for low-power signal switching and protection circuits.
