The BAT54CWT1G is a dual common cathode Schottky barrier diode array from On Semiconductor (onsemi). It is designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. The device features extremely low forward voltage, reducing conduction loss. Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 30 V, a maximum forward current of 200 mA, and a typical forward voltage of 0.35 V at 10 mA. The diodes have a reverse recovery time of 5 ns, making them suitable for high-speed circuits. The device is housed in a surface mount SOT-323 package (SC-70, SOT-323) and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C, with a storage temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The BAT54CWT1G is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant. Its low capacitance (7.6 pF typical at 1 V) and fast switching characteristics make it ideal for high-frequency applications and portable electronics where space is limited.
