The BAT54CT-TP is a Schottky barrier diode array from Micro Commercial Components, featuring two diodes in a common cathode configuration. It is designed for surface mount applications and comes in the ultra-small SOT-523 package.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum DC blocking voltage of 30V, average forward current of 200mA, and a low forward voltage drop of 240mV at 0.1mA, increasing to 1V at 100mA. The device offers fast switching with a reverse recovery time of 5ns. Maximum reverse leakage current is 2µA at 25V.
The diode array is suitable for high-speed switching applications, polarity protection, and freewheeling diodes in low-power circuits. It features a PN junction guard ring for transient and ESD protection. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1.
The SOT-523 package is extremely compact, with dimensions approximately 1.5mm x 0.9mm. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3,000 pieces per reel. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 125°C.
