The BAT54CLT3G is a Schottky barrier diode array from onsemi featuring a dual common cathode configuration. It is designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. The device offers extremely low forward voltage, reducing conduction loss: 0.22V typical at 0.1mA, 0.35V typical at 10mA, and 0.52V typical at 100mA. Maximum forward voltage at 100mA is 0.8V. Reverse leakage current is a maximum of 2µA at 25V reverse bias. The diode array has a maximum reverse recovery time of 5ns, enabling fast switching. Total capacitance is typically 7.6pF (maximum 10pF) at 1V and 1MHz. The device is housed in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 (TO-236) package and is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to +125°C.
