The BAT54CLT1 from On Semiconductor is a dual common cathode Schottky barrier diode designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. It features extremely low forward voltage, reducing conduction loss: 0.22V typical at 0.1mA, 0.35V typical at 10mA, and 0.8V maximum at 100mA. The diode is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a forward current of 200mA DC. Reverse recovery time is a fast 5ns maximum, making it suitable for high-frequency circuits. The device is housed in a miniature SOT-23 (TO-236) surface mount package, ideal for handheld and portable electronics where space is limited. It is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, with a maximum junction temperature of 150°C. Power dissipation is 225mW at 25°C ambient, derated at 1.8mW/°C above that. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel.
