The BAT54CDW-7-F is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated. It features two pairs of common cathode Schottky diodes in a single SOT-363 package. This device is designed for high-speed switching applications with a maximum DC blocking voltage of 30 V and an average rectified forward current of 200 mA. The forward voltage is typically 1 V at 100 mA, and the reverse recovery time is just 5 ns, enabling efficient high-frequency operation. The device incorporates a PN junction guard ring for transient and ESD protection. It is fully RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free, and rated MSL Level 1 for moisture sensitivity. The SOT-363 package is ultra-small and suitable for space-constrained designs.
