The BAT54AWT1G is a Schottky barrier diode array from onsemi, featuring two diodes in a common anode configuration. Designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping, it offers extremely low forward voltage to reduce conduction loss. The device is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a continuous forward current of 200mA. Typical forward voltage is 0.35V at 10mA and 0.52V at 100mA, with a maximum of 0.80V at 100mA.
