The BAT54ATA is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated, featuring a 1 pair common anode configuration. It is designed for low voltage, high speed switching applications.
With a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 200mA, it offers a forward voltage of 1V at 100mA. Reverse leakage current is 4µA at 25V. The device has a fast reverse recovery time of 5ns, making it suitable for high frequency operations.
Housed in a SOT23-3 (TO-236-3, SC-59) surface mount package, it is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel. The device is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, halogen and antimony free, and MSL level 1.
