The BAT54AQ-7-F is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated, featuring a 1 pair common anode configuration. It is designed for low turn-on voltage and fast switching, with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 200mA. The forward voltage is typically 800mV at 100mA, and reverse leakage current is 2µA at 25V. The device offers a reverse recovery time of 5ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications.
This diode array includes a PN junction guard ring for transient and ESD protection. It is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and is manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.
