The BAT54ALT1 is a Schottky barrier diode array from On Semiconductor, designed for high speed switching, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. It features two diodes in a common anode configuration, rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a continuous forward current of 200mA.
