The BAT54A-G is a Schottky diode array from Comchip Technology featuring a 1 pair common anode configuration. It is designed for high-speed switching applications with a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 200mA. The forward voltage is 1V maximum at 100mA, and reverse leakage current is 2mA maximum at 25V. The device offers a fast reverse recovery time of 5ns. It is housed in a surface-mount SOT-23-3 package (also available as TO-236-3 or SC-59). The operating junction temperature range extends to 125°C. This diode array is suitable for small-signal switching and rectification in compact electronic circuits.
