The BAT54-7-F is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low-voltage, low-current rectification and switching applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 30V and a maximum average rectified output current of 200mA. The forward voltage is typically 800mV at 100mA, and the reverse leakage current is limited to 2µA at 25°C. With a reverse recovery time of 5ns, this diode is suitable for high-speed switching circuits.
