The BAT54 is a Schottky rectifier diode manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is designed for low-voltage, high-speed switching applications and is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 200mA.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 800mV at 100mA, a reverse recovery time of 5ns, and a typical junction capacitance of 10pF at 1V and 1MHz. The diode is classified as a small signal diode with speed suitable for any speed up to 200mA.
The BAT54 is supplied in a surface mount SOT-23-3 package, which is also compatible with TO-236-3 and SC-59 outlines. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C, making it suitable for a wide range of environments.
