The Infineon BAT54-05E6327 is a dual Schottky diode configured as a common cathode pair. It is designed for low-loss, fast-recovery applications such as meter protection, bias isolation, and clamping. The device uses Schottky technology to achieve a low forward voltage drop of typically 240mV at 0.1mA and 800mV maximum at 100mA.
Rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a continuous forward current of 200mA, the BAT54-05E6327 can handle repetitive peak forward currents up to 300mA and non-repetitive surge currents up to 600mA. Its fast switching characteristics are complemented by a maximum reverse recovery time of 5ns.
The diode array is housed in a compact PG-SOT23-3 surface mount package and is qualified according to AEC Q101. It operates over a junction temperature range up to 150°C and is RoHS compliant.
