The BAT47 from STMicroelectronics is a small signal Schottky diode designed for general purpose applications requiring low turn-on voltage and fast switching. Rated at 20V repetitive peak reverse voltage and 350mA forward continuous current, it delivers efficient rectification with a maximum forward voltage of 1V at 300mA.
The diode offers integrated protection against electrostatic discharges. It is housed in a DO-35 axial package, suitable for through-hole mounting, and can operate over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 125°C. Typical capacitance is 20pF at 0V.
The repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) is 20V.
The forward continuous current is 350mA.
