The BAT46FILM is a high voltage small signal Schottky diode from STMicroelectronics, part of the BAT46 series. It is designed for protection and routing applications requiring low conduction and switching losses. The diode features a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V and a continuous forward current of 150mA. It offers a low forward voltage drop, typically 0.25V at 0.1mA, 0.45V at 10mA, and 1V at 250mA.
