The junction capacitance is typically 7pF at 1V and 1MHz. Power dissipation is rated at 200mW, with a thermal resistance of 500°C/W junction-to-ambient when mounted on an FR-4 PCB with minimum land pad.

 

The device is housed in a surface-mount SOD-523F package (SC-79, SOD-523 case style) with a flat lead, 0.60mm height profile. It is Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and has MSL 1 (unlimited) moisture sensitivity. The termination finish is matte tin (Sn).
