BAT43WS-HE3-08

The BAT43WS-HE3-08 is a small signal Schottky diode from Vishay Semiconductors, designed for applications requiring very low turn-on voltage and fast switching. The device is protected by a PN junction guard ring against excessive voltage, such as electrostatic discharges. Electrical characteristics include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 30 V and an average rectified forward current of 200 mA. Forward voltage is specified at 260 to 330 mV at 2 mA and typically 450 mV at 15 mA. Reverse recovery time is 5 ns typical, and junction capacitance is 7 pF at 1 V. The diode is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications, as indicated by the HE3 suffix. The SOD-323 surface-mount package (weight 4.3 mg) supports compact PCB layouts. Tape and reel packaging options are available: 3,000 pcs per 7" reel (code 08) or 10,000 pcs per 13" reel (code 18). Thermal characteristics include a maximum power dissipation of 150 mW, thermal resistance junction-to-ambient of 650 K/W, and operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The device is RoHS compliant and rated for storage temperatures from -55°C to +150°C.
