The BAT43 is a through-hole Schottky diode designed for low-voltage, high-speed switching applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current rating of 200mA. The forward voltage is a maximum of 1V at 200mA, ensuring low power dissipation. With a reverse recovery time of just 5ns, this diode is well-suited for fast switching circuits.
