The BAT42WS-TP is a Schottky barrier diode from Micro Commercial Components, designed for high-speed switching applications. It features a maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified output current of 100mA. The diode offers fast switching with a maximum reverse recovery time of 5ns, making it suitable for low-power, high-frequency circuits.
Electrical characteristics include a low forward voltage drop of 0.40V maximum at 10mA and 1.0V maximum at 200mA. Reverse leakage current is 500nA maximum at 25V, increasing to 100µA at 100°C junction temperature. Junction capacitance is 10pF maximum at 1V and 1MHz. The device can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge current up to 4A for less than 10ms.
