The BAT42WS-7-F from Diodes Incorporated is a Schottky barrier diode designed for low-voltage, high-speed switching applications. It has a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified forward current of 200mA.
Typical forward voltage is 1V at 200mA, with a reverse recovery time of just 5ns, making it suitable for high-frequency circuits. Reverse leakage current is 500µA maximum at 30V.
