The BAT42W-TP is a Schottky barrier diode from Micro Commercial designed for general purpose low-voltage, high-speed switching applications. It features a maximum DC blocking voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 200mA. The forward voltage is typically 0.4V at 10mA and 1.0V at 200mA, enabling efficient low-voltage operation.
With a reverse recovery time of only 5ns and low junction capacitance of 7pF, this diode is well-suited for high-frequency rectification and switching circuits. The device is housed in a compact SOD-123 surface-mount package, making it ideal for space-constrained designs. It is RoHS compliant, halogen free, and rated for an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
