The BAT42W-7-F is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low forward voltage drop and fast switching applications. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 30V and a continuous forward current rating of 200mA. The diode offers a forward voltage range of 0.26V to 1.0V at 200mA and 0.40V to 0.65V at 10mA, with a maximum reverse recovery time of 5ns.
This device is housed in a SOD-123 molded plastic case with UL94V-0 flammability rating and is rated for an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It is RoHS3 compliant and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). The diode is solderable per MIL-STD-202 and is suitable for automatic insertion.
