The BAT41KFILM is a Schottky barrier diode designed for high-speed switching applications. With a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and average rectified current of 200mA, it is suitable for low-power circuits. The forward voltage is a maximum of 1V at 200mA, ensuring efficient operation. Its junction capacitance of 10pF at 1V and 1MHz makes it suitable for high-frequency applications. The device is rated for operation up to 150°C junction temperature.
