The BAT41 is a small signal Schottky diode designed for general purpose applications. It features a very low turn-on voltage and fast switching, making it suitable for high-speed circuits. The device includes integrated protection against electrostatic discharges, enhancing robustness in handling and operation.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V, a continuous forward current of 100mA, and a forward voltage of 450mV maximum at 1mA. Reverse leakage current is only 0.1µA at 50V and 25°C. The junction capacitance is typically 2pF at 1V and 1MHz. The diode can operate over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 125°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 100mW.
