The BAT40V-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode array containing two independent diodes in a single SOT563 package. It is designed for low forward voltage drop and fast switching applications. The device features a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and a maximum forward continuous current of 200mA per diode. Forward voltage is typically 330mV at 2mA, 420mV at 15mA, 800mV at 100mA, and 1V at 200mA. Reverse leakage current is limited to 500nA at 25V reverse bias. The diode array offers a fast reverse recovery time of 5ns and a total capacitance of 10pF at 1V and 1MHz. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for automotive reliability and is fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free. The SOT563 package is ultra-small and suitable for high-density PCB designs. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 125°C. Maximum power dissipation is 150mW with a thermal resistance of 833°C/W junction-to-ambient.
