The BASH20LT1G is part of the BASH19L series of high voltage, high temperature switching diodes from onsemi. It is designed for mission-critical applications requiring reliable operation at elevated temperatures, with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C.
This diode features a maximum reverse voltage of 200V, a continuous forward current of 200mA, and a fast reverse recovery time of 50ns. It also offers a low diode capacitance of 5pF at 0V and 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits. The device is rated for 2A peak forward surge current and 0.6A repetitive peak forward current.
Packaged in a surface mount SOT-23 (TO-236) case, the BASH20LT1G is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant. It supports an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. The part marking is AC7.
