The BAS70WT-TP is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for low-voltage, high-speed switching applications. It offers a maximum reverse breakdown voltage of 70V and a forward continuous current rating of 70mA. The forward voltage is typically 410mV at 1mA and 1V at 15mA, enabling efficient low-voltage operation.
This diode features a fast reverse recovery time of 5ns, making it suitable for high-frequency rectification and switching circuits. The junction capacitance is 2.0pF at zero bias, minimizing signal distortion in RF applications. The device is rated for a power dissipation of 200mW and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
