The BAS70TW is a surface mount Schottky diode array from PANJIT, containing three independent Schottky diodes in a compact SOT-363 package. Each diode is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 70V and a continuous forward current of 200mA. The device offers fast switching with a maximum reverse recovery time of 5ns, making it suitable for high-speed applications.
Electrical characteristics include a typical forward voltage of 0.41V at 1mA, 0.75V at 10mA, and 1V at 15mA. Reverse leakage current is a maximum of 100nA at 50V. Junction capacitance is typically 1.25pF (max 2pF) at 0V bias. The device is rated for a total power dissipation of 225mW on an FR-5 board, with a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 556°C/W.
The BAS70TW is housed in a SOT-363 package and is designed for surface mount assembly. It is lead-free, RoHS3 compliant, and halogen-free. Typical applications include rail-to-rail ESD protection, overshoot and undershoot switching control, and protection circuits in mobile phones and video game console ports.
