The BAS70LP-7B from Diodes Incorporated is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode designed for high-speed switching applications. Key electrical ratings include a maximum DC reverse voltage of 70V and an average rectified current of 70mA. At a forward current of 15mA, the maximum forward voltage drop is 960mV. The diode features a fast typical reverse recovery time of 1.6ns, making it suitable for efficient rectification in small signal circuits.
The device is housed in an ultra-small X1-DFN1006-2 (0402 metric) package, weighing only 0.001 grams. Thermal characteristics include a power dissipation of 430mW and a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 295°C/W. The operating junction temperature ranges from -65°C to 150°C.
