The BAS7002VH6327XTSA1 is a Schottky diode from Infineon Technologies, part of the AF Schottky diode family. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 70V and an average rectified forward current of 70mA. The forward voltage is 1V max at 15mA, and the reverse recovery time is 100ps, enabling high-speed switching. Junction capacitance is 2pF typical at 0V and 1MHz.
This small-signal diode is suitable for any speed application up to 200mA. It operates at temperatures up to 150°C. The component is ideal for low-voltage, high-speed rectification and clamping circuits.
The device is supplied in a surface-mount SC-79 package (also known as SOD-523), with the supplier package designation PG-SC79-2-1. It is RoHS compliant and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
