The BAS70-7-F is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low forward voltage drop and fast switching applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 70V and a forward current rating of 70mA. The forward voltage is typically 1V at 15mA and has a maximum of 0.41V at 1mA.
