The BAS70-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode designed for low-power switching applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 70V and an average rectified current of 70mA. The diode offers a low forward voltage of 1V at 15mA and a fast reverse recovery time of 5ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits.
With a maximum reverse leakage current of only 0.1µA at 70V and 25°C, the BAS70-7 provides efficient performance in battery-powered and portable devices. The device is housed in a compact SOT23-3 package (also known as TO-236-3 or SC-59) and is rated for surface mount assembly.
