The BAS70-06-7-F is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated, featuring a 1 pair common anode configuration. It is designed for applications requiring low forward voltage drop and fast switching, with a maximum reverse voltage of 70 V and average rectified current of 70 mA. The forward voltage is typically 0.41 V at 1 mA and a maximum of 1 V at 15 mA. The device offers fast reverse recovery time of 5 ns and low reverse leakage current of 0.1 µA at 70 V.
