The BAS70-05-E3-08 from Vishay is a dual Schottky diode array with a common cathode configuration, designed for high-speed switching applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 70V and an average rectified current of 200mA per diode, with an ultra-fast reverse recovery time of 5ns.
Forward voltage is specified at 410mV maximum at 1mA, and reverse leakage current is limited to 100nA at 50V. The device operates over a junction temperature range up to 125°C.
Housed in a compact SOT-23-3 surface mount package (also available as TO-236-3, SC-59), the BAS70-05-E3-08 is suitable for space-constrained designs requiring efficient rectification and clamping.
