The BAS70-04Q-7-F is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated, featuring two diodes in a series configuration. It offers a maximum reverse voltage of 70V and a forward current of 70mA. The forward voltage is typically 0.41V at 1mA and 1V at 15mA, enabling low power loss.
