The BAS70-04-7-F from Diodes Incorporated is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode array configured as 1 pair series connection. It utilizes Schottky technology for fast switching with a reverse recovery time of 5 ns. The diode array has a maximum reverse voltage of 70V and an average forward current of 70 mA. Forward voltage is typically 0.41V at 1 mA and 1V at 15 mA. Reverse leakage current is 100 nA maximum at 50V. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
The part is housed in a SOT-23 package with matte tin finish over an Alloy 42 leadframe, and is surface-mount compatible. It is available in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel. The BAS70-04-7-F is fully RoHS compliant (RoHS3), lead-free, and halogen and antimony free (green device). It also features a PN Junction Guard Ring for transient and ESD protection, as noted in the datasheet.
