The BAS70-02V-V-G-08 from Vishay Dale is a Schottky rectifier diode designed for low-power, high-speed switching applications. It features a maximum DC reverse voltage of 70V and an average rectified forward current of 100mA. The forward voltage drop is typically 1V at a test current of 15mA, enabling efficient low-voltage operation.
