The BAS70-02V-G3-08 is a small signal Schottky diode manufactured by Vishay. It features a reverse breakdown voltage of 70 V minimum and a forward continuous current rating of 100 mA. The diode offers fast switching with a typical reverse recovery time of 5 ns.
The device has a low forward voltage of 410 mV typical at 1 mA and 1 V maximum at 15 mA. It also features a low diode capacitance of 1.5 pF typical at 0 V, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications.
The BAS70-02V-G3-08 is housed in a surface mount SOD-523 package, which is also known as SC-79.
