The BAS521LP-7 is a high voltage switching diode from Diodes Incorporated designed for applications requiring fast switching and high reverse voltage capability. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 325V and an average forward current of 400mA.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at 100mA, low reverse leakage current of 50nA at 5V and 150nA at 250V, and a fast reverse recovery time of 50ns. The diode also has a non-repetitive peak forward surge current rating of 8.0A.
