The BAS521-7 is a high voltage switching diode from Diodes Incorporated designed for applications requiring fast switching and high reverse voltage capability. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 300V and a forward current rating of 250mA.
With a fast reverse recovery time of 50ns, this diode is suitable for high-speed switching circuits. It offers low leakage current of 50nA at 5V reverse bias and 150nA at 250V, ensuring efficient operation. The device is housed in an ultra-small SOD-523 surface mount package, making it ideal for space-constrained designs.
