The BAS516 is a switching diode manufactured by Yangzhou Yangjie Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. It is designed for general-purpose switching applications requiring fast recovery and low reverse current. The diode has a working peak reverse voltage of 75V and a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 75V, with a non-repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V. It can handle an average rectified output current of 250mA and a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 2A at 8.3ms. The forward voltage is typically 0.715V at 1mA and 1.25V at 150mA.
