With a maximum reverse leakage current of only 1.0µA at 25V and a fast reverse recovery time of 5ns, the BAS40TW is suitable for high-speed switching applications. Total capacitance is 5pF max at 0V bias, making it ideal for RF and signal conditioning circuits. The device can dissipate up to 225mW total power and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.

 

The SOT-363 package is surface-mountable with SMD solder terminations. The thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 556°C/W on a standard FR-5 board. The BAS40TW is RoHS3 compliant and lead-free.
