The BAS40TW-7-F is a Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated, integrating three independent diodes in a single SOT-363 package. Each diode is rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 40V and a continuous forward current of 200mA. The typical forward voltage is 1V at 40mA, and reverse leakage current is only 200nA at 30V. The fast reverse recovery time of 5ns enables high-speed switching applications. The device is designed for surface mount assembly and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel. It is fully RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to 125°C, making it suitable for a wide variety of environments.
